According to ERA’s fall selling survey, a back-to-school mentality is at play right now. Because of this, many of your clients, including retirees, empty nesters and people relocating, may be in the process of downsizing. There are many benefits to downsizing, including the fact that moving into a smaller home often results in lower mortgage and energy costs for homeowners.
