Introducing one of the newest members of TeamERA, ERA Valley Pro Realty!

Established in 2012 and led by broker/owner Hector Martinez, the company is based in Tulare County, one of the most productive agricultural counties in the United States, and nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Serving the area’s diverse community, ERA Valley Pro Realty works with buyers and sellers living in the area as well as clients who purchase homes as rental properties.

“Drawing on extensive experience as a top-producing sales professional and team leader, Hector Martinez is launching the next phase of his career as he establishes his own company under the ERA banner,” said Sue Yannaccone, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate. “As a driven visionary who is not afraid to think differently about the business of real estate, Hector Martinez represents the next generation of our industry and will play a key role in expanding ERA’s presence in this new market.”

Hector also weighed in with his thoughts around the affiliation, “In order to sustain the level of growth we had achieved over the last few years, our team needed a level of support that would allow us to spend more time on our core business. ERA’s comprehensive technology solutions and marketing programs complement our existing structure, increasing efficiencies and fueling future growth as we look to expand our presence in the region.”

A life-long resident of Visalia, Hector is also an active board member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional’s Fresno/Madera chapter. For many years, ERA Real Estate has partnered with NAHREP at a national level to champion homeownership and wealth building for the Hispanic community while also supporting local chapter leadership across the country.
